What must be clear before purchase

Specific terms must appear here and on the purchase screen before the first sale. They cannot be replaced with a promise of “full access” without describing the service contents.

• Who sells the service: legal name, country, address and a working contact.
• What Premium includes, which devices it supports and which account receives access.
• Final price, currency, taxes, duration and when access starts.
• One-time payment or subscription; renewal period and price, and whether there is a trial.
• How to cancel renewal, receive purchase confirmation and request a refund.
• What happens on account deletion and how mandatory consumer rights are respected.

If a subscription is introduced

Automatic renewal must be clearly shown before payment confirmation. Cancelling renewal, deleting an account and requesting a refund are different actions; their procedures must be described in advance. The purchase channel may set its own subscription-management procedure.

Until payment channels and countries of sale are chosen, no invented universal refund period is established here. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. Launching sales requires a separate decision and verified terms for the selected market and store.
