Pilot · draft

Fair play

Practise with hints in learning mode. In a rated game against a human, every move must be your own. Quick matchmaking may select a virtual opponent; its type and level are shown when you open its profile.

Reviewed October 8, 2026

Pilot draft. Developer: Ruslan Ukrainskyi / No Limits, Ukraine; ФОП Український Руслан Валентинович. The operator’s registered address is listed; age requirements and sales terms are being prepared. Public accounts and payments are disabled.

Practice and bot games

Available hints and analysis may be used in lessons, puzzles and specifically labelled practice. You may study your finished games with an engine. This is part of learning and must not be presented as the result of a fair rated game against a human.

Quick matchmaking may automatically start a game with a virtual opponent when no human is available. Open its profile to see that it is computer-controlled and to view its level. Its name, country and avatar belong to a game character, not a real person. The result counts as personal practice and does not change players’ competitive ratings. DUEL must not create the appearance of a live player, invent online population figures or mix wins over bots with human ratings.

Rated games in the closed test

Human matchmaking is available to invited verified accounts. The server verifies moves, clocks and the game result, then changes both participants’ ratings once. External chess and checkers engines, AI hints, analysis of the current position on another device and assistance from other people during play are prohibited in rated mode. Questions or disputed results can be sent to support@duel64.com.

The pilot uses separate Elo by game type and time category: initial rating 1200, coefficient 32, and the first five games are provisional. This is a DUEL rating. Bots and private invitations are excluded. After three rated games by the same pair in a day, subsequent games are saved without rating changes; short games also do not award rating.

You must not give your account to another player to raise its rating, arrange results, deliberately throw games, use multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or disrupt an opponent by technical means. Human game ratings and bot-practice ratings must be displayed separately.

Review and consequences

The pilot has no automatic anti-cheat analysis or rating-sanction system. Server validation of legal moves does not detect external engine assistance. Enquiries are accepted at support@duel64.com; before public access, the operator must define investigation criteria and an appeals procedure.

A future procedure may include review of a disputed game, temporary restriction of rated mode, adjustment of results and measures for a verified violation. Final measures must be published before use, with an explanation and a way to challenge errors. A strong move alone does not prove a violation.

Treatment of other players

Respect your opponent: threats, harassment, impersonation and disclosure of other people’s personal data are unacceptable. In a guest room, you can turn off messages and reactions on your device. Reports of a problem are sent by email to support@duel64.com; the room link fills in its number. This is a manual contact channel: automatic moderation, sanctions and a public community are not available yet.
